Right of withdrawal and termination
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. Similarly, if the performance of the contract has begun in the case of a service contract, you have the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal / termination within 14 days from the date of the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller without any restrictions.
The Buyer has the right to exercise his right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal expires no later than on the 14th day from the performance of the contract, receipt of the product or provision of the service.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation, you must send a clear statement of your intention to withdraw / terminate (for example by post, fax or e-mail) to the following address:

You can also use the attached model withdrawal / termination statement for this purpose. You can fill in the downloadable withdrawal form and send it to our e-mail address info@bordiszmunagyker.hu. If you choose to do so, we will confirm your receipt of the notice of withdrawal / termination by e-mail immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal / termination.

You will exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation within the deadline if you send your notice of withdrawal / cancellation before the expiry of the deadline indicated above.
In case of written withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to send the statement of withdrawal to the Seller within 14 days.
When notifying in writing by post, the date of posting will be taken into account.
Legal effects of withdrawal / termination
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your notice of withdrawal, for any consideration paid by you, including transport costs (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your offer, you have chosen a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode of transport.) We will use the same method of payment for the refund as the method of payment used in the original transaction, unless you expressly consent to the use of another method of payment; you will not incur any additional costs as a result of using this refund method. We may withhold a refund until we have received the product back or you have confirmed that you have returned it: the earlier of the two dates must be taken into account.

return or hand over the product without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after notification of the statement of withdrawal. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send the product (s) before the 14-day deadline.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the product (s).
You can only be held liable for the depreciation of the product if it is due to use in excess of or necessary for the purpose of determining the nature, properties and function of the product.
