Contract conclusion - the purchase process

To conclude a contract, read the technical steps below, which are necessary to conclude the contract electronically.

- After logging in with the username and password sent during registration, you can create an order.
- If you have selected the right product(s) in our online store, press the "Add to cart" button on the product page. The basic quantity is always 1 piece.
- After placing all products in the cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button in the pop-up window after pressing the "add to cart" button or the "cart" button at the top of the page.
- Here you can see a summary of the products you want to order and their prices.
- Then click on the "Cash" button.
- In the next step, you can check the invoicing data you entered during registration, which you can correct if necessary.
- After that, all you have to do is check your data and the method of delivery.
- You can only send your order if you accept the General Terms and Conditions and that sending the order entails a payment obligation. You can do this with the check mark in the small square at the bottom of the page.
- Furthermore, you consent to the processing and use of your data by the Data Controller to the extent necessary for the performance of goods and services. You can do this with the check mark in the small square at the bottom of the page.
- You can send your order by clicking the "Confirm order" button.
- Order confirmation is done out of line.
- If the order has not been confirmed within 1 hour, it is most likely a technical error, in which case contact our customer service by phone, e-mail or fax.
- If the Customer does not receive the confirmed order within 48 hours, no contract has been formed between the Seller and the Buyer.
- If we find incorrect data in your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to correct them.
- The order sent by the Buyer to the Seller after confirmation of the order sent by the Seller has the character of "order with payment obligation".
- Language of the contract: Hungarian

When placing an order on the website, the contract is concluded by referring to it. Contracts concluded in this way are not considered written contracts, and our company does not register them.
By sending the order and confirming it by e-mail by the Contractor, the CVIII of 2001. based on the law, an absentee contract concluded electronically is created between the parties.

Correcting data entry errors

When shopping in the online store, you can delete individual items you do not wish to purchase from the basket by clicking the "Delete" icon on the page displaying the contents of the basket.
Before completing the product ordering process, you can always go back to the previous phase using the (Go to previous page) arrow to the left of the URL, or by clicking on the basket contents text at the top of the page. You can then correct items that may have been entered incorrectly, or add a new product or quantity.
During the order process, you have the opportunity to check and modify the data you entered before finalizing the order. Please note that before clicking the SEND ORDER icon, check the information in the order. The buyer is guaranteed to correct any errors before sending the order. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from data entry errors, the Buyer is responsible for this.

The Seller will immediately confirm the order received from the Buyer electronically. If this confirmation is not received by the Buyer within the expected time frame, depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after the Buyer's order was sent, the Buyer is released from the binding offer or contractual obligation.
