However, in addition to complying with the strictest production technology regulations, it is not worth making a so-called "perfect" quality wallet, as it is also worth incorporating the characteristic leather parts characteristic of the surface of the given animal skin. Of course, skin flaws must be avoided when tailoring, but the characteristic parts of the skin that are characteristic of a given skin will be tailored by a highly trained specialist for a particular shape, so that the skin will not lose its original character. That way, we won’t end up getting an imitation leather wallet with 50% of the leather thrown away during tailoring to achieve “perfect” quality.

Wallet production, quality control, packaging

A larger order is usually completed in 5-6 weeks , but the subsequent work phase, quality control and packaging of the products is very important. During quality control, the surface of the skin is cleaned of various contaminants (glue, etc.) that have accumulated during production. They try to remove any scratches from the skin surface, if necessary, lubricate the skin surface with various agents, repair any stitch omissions that may occur during stapling.

An important goal of our partner company is 100% customer satisfaction. When confirming the order, the wallet boxes and other packaging supplies, internal credit card samples, document samples, the wallet wrapping cloth and the wallet box will be ordered in parallel with the leather order. For these, we will send the production drawings by e-mail, which will be forwarded to the paper mill.

It is important that packaging materials are available in a timely manner so that their absence does not delay the timely shipment of the shipment. Usually, the packaging boxes are ordered from another paper mill, a smaller type of thinner cardboard box in which 10 wallets packed in boxes are placed, and then 10 of these boxes are placed in a larger, stronger-walled cardboard box. Thus, these boxes contain 100 wallets. The box manufacturer writes the necessary data for the customer on each box, and after packaging, the individual parameters are written on the boxes in the factory. After packing, the package list is filled in with all the data, which serves as the basis for the consignment note.

It has to be decided whether to take the higher risk for the lower cost of shipping in exchange for the higher cost of air transportation. Good advice, we only take this risk if we know the specific manufacturing company well and have already ordered goods from them several times without any problems.
